Return and Exchange Policies

At Beautisoul Cosmetics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case-by-case basis and it is always our endeavor to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be. The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), and wrong delivery of the product(s) will be considered.


In case you would want a refund or replacement, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Packaging and Batch Number to beautisoulcosmetics@gmail.com, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.

Kindly take picture of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package.

You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:

     a. Package has accessories missing.

     b. Damaged or broken bottles/pack.

     c. Wrong product delivery.

     d. Expired product delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if:

     a. The product is damaged.

     b. It is without invoice.

     c. It is with tampered batch number and price

     d. It is without its original packaging.

Cancellation Policy :

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at beautisoulcosmetics@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing the order.

You can also call/send us a WhatsApp message on our Customer Care number +91-7499398914 (Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm)

Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy :

We want you to love the products that you buy from us. In case you have concerns related to your purchase, drop us a mail within 5 days of delivery with details at beautisoulcosmetics@gmail.com

In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.

In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to beautisoulcosmetics@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

Order ID
Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
Details of your request/Complaint
Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.

Once we receive all these details, our customer support team will address your query within 24 - 48 hours.

In case you received a damaged item.

If you claim the product leaked or it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email to beautisoulcosmetics@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details.

Order ID
Copy of the Invoice (Hard/Soft)
Details of your request/Complaint
Images or videos to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product

Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24 hours.

In case you have concerns related to the product.

If you have a product quality complaint, please write an email to beautisoulcosmetics@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the products and provide the following information. We'll review the email and respond within 24 to 48 hours:

Details of your request/Complaint
Images of products received & batch number mentioned near the MRP/crimp of the product.
